The Cavaliers took the track on Saturday, competing against a number of NCAA and NAIA schools at Clemson University's Tiger Paw Invitational. A couple weeks of training did wonders for the Cavaliers as they rebounded from a sub-par performance at ETSU with a number of improved performances this weekend. Senior Billy Parker got the Cavaliers on th right track with a season best performance in the 60HH, finishing in a time of 8.94, just 0.07 seconds off his career best. Although he failed to clear opening height in the high jump, Coach Herbert was pleased with his efforts.
