Spartanburg, S.C. - The Piedmont Men's and Women's Cross Country programs competed in the Spartanburg Eye Opener with the men running an 8k and placing 12th as a team and the women competing in a 5k finishing in 16th. Despite being the only Division III school at the meet, the men finished ahead of five squads, while the women bested two teams.
