GSU's 4x100m relay team set a school record Saturday, but it was .2 of a second away from qualifying for the NCAA Championships

GSU sprinter Ravin Gilbert finished 21st in Friday's NCAA East Preliminaries in Jacksonville as the top 12 move on to the NCAA Championships.

Six members of GSU's track and field team earned bids to the NCAA East Track and Field Meet May 28-30 in Jacksonville, Fla. The top 12 from this meet qualify for the NCAA Championships in Oregon.

Ravin Gilbert and LaPorscha Wells were voted Most Outstanding Track and Most Outstanding Field Performers for the year by Sun Belt head coaches.

Sophomore Alysiah Whittaker set a Georgia State school record in the discus throw Sunday in Greensboro, N.C. The team will learn May 21 how many qualified for the NCAA East Preliminaries May 28-30.

Six members of the GSU track and field team will compete in the Aggie Invitational in Greensboro, N.C. on Sunday, May 17.

The Track and Field team posted a 3.09 GPA for spring semester with 21 team members earned academic recognition.

Track and Field's multiple Sun Belt Conference champions LaPorscha Wells and Ravin Gilbert are this week's GSU Student-Athletes of the Week presented by Georgia Power.

The track and field team tied for second at the Sun Belt Conference Championship. The team won seven events and nine performers earned all-conference status. The 129 points are 3rd-most school history.
